Can I install the units myself?

Most customers opt to install using their own service technicians or shop. Our tech support will assist in testing your installations and show you how to confirm proper installation. This assistance is included in your monthly subscription and is not an additional cost.

Is there a visible antenna?

Nearly all our solutions have internal antenna so there is no antenna wiring or placement on the exterior of the asset. Should an external antenna be required for the Titan unit we have recommended antenna placements depending on the machine type.

Can your data integrate with our existing software?

We have yet to find a software package that is not an integrated option. Please contact us to see if yours is already compatible.

How many users can access the system
at the same time?

You have unlimited user access with an unlimited number of users at no additional charge. This is part of the monthly subscription, there are no hidden fees or add-on charges with our products.

Do you offer lease options?

We understand that every company’s budget is different, and as such we offer lease and finance plans as well as an outright product purchase option.

How much does your system cost?

Our competitive pricing is based on the overall size of your fleet, both on and off road. Our flat rate subscription includes the wireless airtime, software, training, support, software upgrades and data archive – there are no hidden fees, overages or add ons after you purchase. A DPL Telematics representative will discuss all options available and provide a complete quote along with a ROI calculation for your fleet.

Do you have someone locally that can
come to my office?

We have account representatives across the United states and can also provide demonstrations remotely. For a sales visit or product demonstration, please contact us and a representative will assist you.

How do I see a demonstration?

For a demonstration of our product and services, simply send a request from the Contact Us page, or call toll free 800-897-8093. The product demonstration is typically done utilizing a web conferencing service; however, in-person demonstrations can be arranged at your request.

 

It is important to take the time to view the product demonstration or try out a few units on your own assets. Different vendors provide different information that may seem the same at first blush, so be certain to dig fully into the product to ensure it is the right fit for you and your operation.

What kind of return on investment can I expect?

There are many ways that you will realize return on your investment. The average on road vehicle customer typically realizes a complete return on investment within 6 months, while the off road equipment customer will fully recoup their investment within a year – our fastest to date being exactly 3 days. Bear in mind that every business is unique, any your return on investment may vary from the norm.
